Allison Pasquesi's work approaches Unseen to Seen through wearable sculpture. She asks us to consider the relics of our struggle. What are the unspoken signatures of what’s left to us now? How can we come to see them as they are now and value them differently? Siting these elements on the body draws recognition of what we have borne and whom we have become.

Allison Pasquesi is a conceptual wearable sculpture designer working in the Chicago area. She was educated at Barnard College, Teachers College of Columbia University and School of the Art Institute of Chicago. With a background in fashion, figurative sculpture and dance, she works to reveal truths of change, identity and eventuality.
